In cooperation with seventhings GmbH and the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Marketing and the Chair of Industrial Design Engineering, an AI-supported conversational agent is to be researched from 01.10.2024, which is intended to convince users to adopt sustainable behavior. With the help of an AI-supported conversational agent, users of seventhings GmbH's asset management software are to be motivated to use resources in the sense of a circular economy. If the scientific proof of concept is successful, such a system can be adapted in various sectors (e.g. food industry, construction industry and mobility).
The planned project in the field of industrial research can generate AI-supported solutions for behavioral changes in the sustainable use of resources. In the future, the results of the work can be transferred into an independent software solution. Development at the Dresden site will enable AI research "made in Germany" that complies with regulations and places particular emphasis on data security and data protection. This solution can be made available to local SMEs. The potential development as a SaaS solution can achieve maximum penetration in the Free State of Saxony.
The "InnoTeam" program is part of Saxony's technology funding and is supported by Sächsische Aufbaubank GmbH with regard to the establishment of cooperation between companies and universities in the formation of competence teams.
